We collect the following categories of data when you use Ad Finum:
Account data: Your name, email address, and organisation name, provided when you create an account.
Project data: Information you enter into Ad Finum, including project names, scope definitions, milestones, budget figures, team member information, RACI configurations, meeting notes, transcripts, and any other content you submit.
Usage data: Information about how you use the product, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This data is aggregated and anonymised.
Payment data: Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of payment status and your subscription tier from Stripe.
We use your data to: provide and operate the Ad Finum service; process AI analysis of your project entries using the Anthropic API; send transactional communications relating to your account; improve the product through aggregated usage analysis; and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing: When you submit entries for processing, the text is sent to the Anthropic API to generate variance analysis, action items, and pattern detection. Anthropic does not use API customer data to train its models. Your project data is processed to generate the response and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes.
We use the following third-party services to operate Ad Finum. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:
Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication infrastructure. Your account and project data is stored in Supabase. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Anthropic (anthropic.com) — AI processing of project entries. API data is not used for model training.
Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your payment card data.
Vercel (vercel.com) — application hosting and deployment infrastructure.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any cookies that collect data for marketing purposes.
Strictly necessary cookies set by Ad Finum: session cookies issued by Supabase authentication to keep you signed in. These expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including projects, entries, variances, actions, RAID items, patterns, and your user profile — is permanently deleted. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Stripe may retain transaction records for legal and accounting purposes as required by applicable law.
