These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ad Finum, operated by Ad Finum ("Provider", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ad Finum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Ad Finum is a project management alignment tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyse project notes and transcripts, compare them against a defined project baseline, and surface variances, risks, and patterns. The service is provided as-is and is subject to change, improvement, and discontinuation at our discretion.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
One account may be created per person. You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without notice.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Ad Finum, including project data, notes, and transcripts. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit all content you provide, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents before submitting transcripts or recordings of meetings involving other parties.
Ad Finum uses artificial intelligence to analyse your project data and generate variance reports, action items, pattern observations, and other outputs. These outputs are informational and are intended to assist human decision-making.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it. Ad Finum outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, medical, or human resources advice.
Pattern observations about team members are data points to inform conversations — not performance evaluations. All judgments about people remain with the user.
Ad Finum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Ad Finum, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process described in your Beta Participation Agreement if applicable, or through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ad Finum after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
